Unlocking the Future of Fertility: Explore Our Innovative Reproductive Health Diagnostics

At EMBRYOGENESIS, the best fertility diagnostic centre in India, we offer a range of cutting-edge diagnostic services, including the highly specialized Endo-Immune Test and Endometrial Receptivity & Maturation Analysys ( ERMA Test), “Endometrial Soil Test” each designed to shed light on critical aspects of your reproductive health. Our ERMA test , Soil test and Endo-Immune Test, offered by our speacialised Scientist and fertility specialist. Endo-Immune Test is a vital tool in identifying immune-related factors that may be affecting fertility and pregnancy outcomes. It provides essential insights into the intricate relationship between the immune system and reproduction, helping us tailor effective treatment plans. On the other hand, our ERMA Test (Endometrial Receptivity & Maturation Analysis) is an advanced assessment that focuses on the receptivity of the uterine lining, maturation and function of endometrium, infections, inflamation, immune factor, cytokines and other pregnancy destryoing molecules during the implantation window, a pivotal factor in successful pregnancies.

These diagnostic laboratory services exemplify our commitment to precision and personalized care, empowering you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions on your journey to parenthood.

ERFA-The Soil Test:

Endometrial receptivity depends upon unique sequence of factors that make endometrium receptive for implantation. We believe
that Endometrium is just like the “soil” to the “seed” (embryo) and the influencing factors are the nutrients. Implantation is a multi-factorial process and endometrium is its rate limiting factor. A complete endometrium profile can delineate the cause of implantation failure or IVF failure. For a proper implantation the endometrium needs to be fully developed and mature, functionally receptive, infection free, immune-balanced and immune-tolerant.

“Discover hope, discover answers, discover the future with the ERFA-The Soil Test”
We’re excited to introduce the revolutionary Endometrial Receptivity & Function Assay (ERFA) or Endometrial Soil test through molecular biomarkers to guide you on your journey to parenthood. ERFA- the Soil test, is a groundbreaking test that assesses the
readiness of your endometrium for successful embryo implantation. Trust our experienced team to guide you through the ERFA testing process, and together, we’ll unlock the path to parenthood you’ve been longing for. ERFA- the Soil test defines the role of endometrial factors responsible for sub-fertility, recurrent implantation failure (RIF), recurrent reproductive failure (RRF), recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and IVF failure. ERFA- the Soil test assess multiple endometrial biomarkers at the time “Window of
implantation” that results in complete Endometrial receptivity and function analysis.

ERFA- the Soil test is the only single multi-biomarker test of its kind that gives the complete picture of the functional receptive endometrium and explains the unexplained causes of infertility and implantation failure.

Indication for ERFA-The Soil Test:

  • Recurrent implantation Failure
  • IVF Failure
  • Recurrent pregnancy Loss
  • Primary or Secondary infertility

What You Know from ERFA ?

  • Endometrial proliferation or Glandular Development Arrest (GDA)
  • Endometrial Maturation
  • Endometrial Receptivity
  • Anti Adhesion molecule
  • Endometrial Inflammation & Infection
  • Endometrial Infection
  • Endometrial Cytokines abnormality
  • Endometrial Immune Tolerance

ERMA-Endometrial Receptivity &
Maturation Analysis :

Specific molecules, which we call implantation biomarkers, are needed to present or absent at the implantation site at the time of the “window of implantation” (WOI). These biomarkers are dysfunctional at the site of implantation and in the endometrium of females who are suffering from RIF, Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF), and unexplained infertility. The agonist biomarkers that facilitate the attachment of embryo are called CAM (cellular adhesion molecules). At the same time, specific biomarkers that are antagonists to CAM are called anti-adhesion molecules. The females who are suffering from Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF) Recurrent Pregnancy Losses (RPL), multiple miscarriages and unexplained infertility exhibit the presence of more anti-adhesion molecules and absence of adhesion molecules. ERMA test assess the endometrium development, maturation and presence or absence of implantation biomarkers that facilitate embryo attachment especially at the time of Window of Implantation.

ENDO-IMMUNE TEST:

We understands that the journey to parenthood can be challenging, and recurrent pregnancy loss canbe disheartening. That’s why we are dedicated to bringing you the ENDO-IMMUNE TEST to help you navigate this intricate terrain. The ENDO-IMMUNE TEST dives deep into the realm of endometrial immunity, providing essential insights into recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and unlocking the doors to tailored therapies for successful pregnancies. To analyse the immune competency of the endometrium, the ENDO-IMMUNE TEST comprised of cytokines and immune cells described as active participants i.e. TNF alpha (Th1), PDM (Th17), uNK cells and Plasma Cells or chronic endometritis factors. For implantation to occur, there must be a balance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and infection free.

EIT-Endometrial Infection Test:

Infection in the endometrium poses a challenge to the implantation process as it incurs potential harm to the environment of the endometrium. The environment of endometrium required for attachment of embryo must be infection-free so that the implantation could occur. In the case of women with RPL (recurrent pregnancy losses) (multiple miscarriages), RIF (recurrent implantation failure (no attachment of the embryo multiple times) and unexplained infertility, the endometrium have infection and inflammation. As infections of the endometrium are asymptomatic, they could remain undiagnosed due to a lack of tests for years. EIT test finds out the possible infection and inflammation in the endometrium, which hinder the process of implantation.

CEF-Chronic Endometritis Factor:

Be it bacterial or viral; infection changes the environment of the endometrium to the extent that it becomes incapable of conception. A specific factor, which we call chronic endometritis factor, is an indicator of endometrial infection. In women with RPL (recurrent pregnancy losses) (multiple miscarriages), RIF (recurrent implantation failure (no attachment of the embryo multiple times) and unexplained infertility, CEF is very high. For implantation to occur, CEF needs to be absent from the endometrium. CEF test finds out the presence or absence of chronic endometritis in the endometrium to rule out the infection in the endometrium that hinders the implantation.
